It uses software such as UG and CATIA for 3D modeling, and employs STAR CCM+ and ANSYS aided design software to conduct CFD, CAE, mold flow, and other professional analyses on air conditioning system assemblies, having mastered the core manufacturing technologies of software and hardware design and structural logic for fully automatic control integrated modules. Its independently developed core component products include various evaporators, condensers, heaters, intercoolers, oil coolers, radiators, PTC, coaxial pipes, and more. The company was the first to develop the 6.2-generation parallel-flow evaporator and the 5.2-generation condenser, achieving breakthroughs in lightweight, high efficiency, high reliability, and low cost, marking a qualitative leap for Saite Refrigeration in the field of heat transfer. The "Test and Evaluation Center" is equipped with advanced testing equipment and professional testing personnel, and possesses comprehensive quality inspection and test evaluation methods. It has been rated successively as a "Guang'an Municipal-level Technology Center" and a "Sichuan Provincial-level Technology Center." It can independently complete over 200 test and inspection items, including environmental simulation, comprehensive performance of automotive air conditioning systems, pressure pulsation, air volume, vibration, pressure resistance, burst, salt spray, electrical, physicochemical, and polymer material performance testing. Through large-scale and modular operations, the company has established five major platforms: air conditioning system heat exchangers, pipelines, final assembly, injection molding, and air conditioning control systems, all of which adopt *advanced processes and equipment. It now has a production capacity of 600,000 sets per year on a single shift and 1 million sets per year on double shifts for automotive air conditioning systems, with a self-manufacturing rate exceeding 90%.
