Changsha Jiasha Industrial Co., Ltd. is the logistics management organization of Changsha Cigarette Factory of Hunan China Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd. It was jointly invested by the Labor Union of Changsha Cigarette Factory and the Workers' Technical Association of Changsha Cigarette Factory, and was established in December 1996. Its headquarters is located at No. 96 Shuguang South Road, Yuhua District, Changsha City.
The company currently has five functional departments (Office, Human Resources Department, Finance Office, Work Safety Office, Audit and Supervision Department) and three business centers (Production Service Center, Living Service Center, Community Service Center). The Production Service Center is mainly responsible for spare parts processing, flavor and fragrance production, production waste processing and treatment, and the sales of non-monopoly scrap materials for Changsha Cigarette Factory; the Living Service Center is mainly responsible for providing high-quality and healthy catering services for employees of Changsha Cigarette Factory; the Community Service Center is mainly responsible for property management, early childhood education, and medical and health care services for the factory area and residential communities of Changsha Cigarette Factory.
In order to improve safety management, perfect information management, and strengthen human resource management, the company has respectively established a safety prevention and control system, a community service center call system, and a human resource information management system, and passed the GB/T19001:2000 quality management system certification in 2005.
