Guangzhou Yuede Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. was established in August 2003 as a joint venture between China Resources Building Materials Technology and HeidelbergCement Group, operating two plants: Yuebao Cement and Zhujiang Cement. Located on the banks of the Baja River in the northwest of Guangzhou, 30 km from the city center, the company enjoys convenient transportation and strategic advantages, close to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, Guangzhou North Station, Guangqing Expressway, and the Second Ring Expressway. Guangzhou Zhujiang Cement Plant was put into operation on February 10, 1989, with one new dry-process cement production line designed to produce 4,000 tons of clinker per day. In 2014, the company was awarded the title of National First-Class Safety Standardization Enterprise, and in March 2017, it completed a dried sludge disposal project with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons. Yuebao Cement, formerly Guangzhou Cement Plant, originated from Guangdong Xicun Cement Plant, established in 1929, and in 2003, a new dry-process production line with a daily clinker output of 6,000 tons was relocated and constructed. In 2017, it passed the national first-class safety standardization evaluation and is equipped with desulfurization and denitrification systems, with all emission indicators exceeding national standards. In November 2021, a dried sludge disposal project with an annual capacity of 186,000 tons was completed. The company maintains rigorous internal management and stable product quality. Its "Yuexiu" and "Jinyang" brand cements have been awarded provincial名牌 products and well-known trademarks, and the company has passed ISO 9001 quality system certification. Products are widely used in various key construction projects and exported to Hong Kong, Macau, and Southeast Asia. The company places great emphasis on social responsibility, promotes production safety and environmental protection, implements co-processing and energy conservation and emission reduction, utilizes cement kilns for high-temperature disposal of dried sludge, provides experience for sludge disposal in Guangzhou, and promotes the development of circular economy.
