Fortune Venture Capital was established in April 2000 and is headquartered in Shenzhen. It is one of the first batch of domestic venture capital institutions established under market-oriented operation in China. At present, Fortune Venture Capital manages 16 funds with a total scale of over RMB 17 billion; it has invested in 320 enterprises and successfully exited from 76, of which 50 went public and 26 exited through mergers and acquisitions or buybacks. In addition, 47 enterprises have been listed on the New Third Board, and 24 enterprises have completed IPO pre-disclosure and are awaiting review by the CSRC.
