我们的发展历程：
作为2004年上海市政府实事项目，市民信箱是一个由市政府推动建立的市民综合信息服务平台,由时任上海市副市长杨雄揭牌，旨在向市民免费提供实名邮箱、电子账单、家校互动、网络调研等诸多实名服务。

自2013年起，市民信箱权威推出移动客户端“市民云”APP，实现了网站和APP访问一体化的全新模式，打通了政府联系服务居民的“*后一公里”通道，为居民提供便捷、高效、智能的社区服务。

2018年底，依托“市民云”APP的“一网通办”移动端“随申办市民云”APP上线，2019年2月召开了“一网通办APP命名仪式暨用户突破一千万新闻发布会”，2020年2月，“随申码”功能上线，助力抗疫的同时，用户量突破2000万。
