(abbreviated as "Yida Technology") was established in 2006 and is located in Tianhe Smart City, a national high-tech industrial development zone, with a registered capital of 10.1 million yuan. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in smart logistics supply chain services, integrating management consulting, application software development, and system integration.
Yida Technology has two subsidiaries: Guangdong Yida Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Yida Supply Chain") and Guangzhou Yunlian Information Technology Service Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Yida Yunlian"), and has also established a technology R&D center in Xi'an. The company has more than 200 employees in total, of whom R&D personnel account for 70%. In October 2017, the subsidiary Yida Supply Chain introduced Sailes (stock code: 603716), a Shanghai main board listed company, as a strategic investor, gradually building a medical intensive operation technology ecosystem and expanding the national market.
