广西天盛港务有限公司是浙江鸿基石化旗下子公司。项目建设规模为5万吨油气化工专用码头一座，拥有8万立方低温液化石油气库、7000立方常温高压液化石油气库、9万立方成品油及1万立方化工产品（另预留仓储用地33000平方）仓储能力。项目于2006年竣工投产。
该项目集国际贸易、仓储、物流为一体，以销售仓储液化石油气、汽油、柴油、醋酸、乙酸乙酯、酒精等化工产品为主营业务。设计年吞吐量进出口能力为LPG90万吨，成品油及化工产品138万吨，是目前中国西南功能*齐全，设备*完善的专业油气化工码头，而且还是广西沿海经海关批准的油气、化工报税仓库。
