It is a professional property management company specializing in various types of entrusted property management, consultancy management, and specialized property management services, with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. It is a National Level-1 Qualification Enterprise and has passed three certifications: ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Our company is a Standing Council Member of the China Property Management Association, a Member of the Hubei Provincial Property Management Association, a Standing Council Member of the Wuhan Property Management Association, and the Executive Vice President Member of the Hongshan Branch of the Wuhan Property Management Association. In 2005, the company was awarded "Top Ten Property Management Units in Wuhan." In 2007, 2008, 2010, and 2011, it was four times awarded the title of "Contract-abiding and Credit-reputable Enterprise" by the industry and commerce departments of Hubei Province and Wuhan City.
