Huayou Energy Group Co., Ltd. (SPT Energy Group Inc.), headquartered in Beijing, was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2011 (Code: 01251.HK). It is an international comprehensive oilfield services group. Founded in 1993, Huayou Energy Group has been committed to solving various problems in the process of oil and natural gas exploration and development through advanced process technology and high-quality tool products, so as to improve exploration and development efficiency and reduce production costs. After more than 20 years of development, Huayou Energy has become a global comprehensive oilfield engineering technical service supplier integrating reservoir research, scheme design, operation services, and tool manufacturing.
At present, Huayou Energy has established branch offices and R&D and manufacturing centers in major domestic oil and gas producing areas such as Beijing, Tianjin, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Chongqing, and Xinjiang.
