Anton Group was founded in 1999 with its headquarters registered in Beijing. It is China's private integrated oilfield technical service company and was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2007 (Stock Code: 03337). The company has gathered a large number of oil professionals and holds over 400 industry patents and patent applications. In 2006, it was approved by the National Ministry of Personnel to establish a post-doctoral research workstation, and it has a corporate technology R&D center in Houston, USA.
Adhering to the corporate spirit of "helping others succeed," Anton focuses on using high and new technologies to help clients develop oil and gas resources efficiently and economically. It has now built a service capability covering seven major business segments: integrated oil and gas field development services, drilling engineering technology, completion technology, downhole operations, oil production technology, tubular services, and environmental protection. The group's business spans all major oil and gas producing countries worldwide; domestically, it fully covers major onshore oil and gas producing areas in China; it has 23 offices and 16 on-site service bases; globally, it has established a market network, forming four regional companies: the Middle East and other major market areas, Central Asia-Africa, and the Americas, with 9 on-site service bases and the ability to provide services to 14 countries.
