I. Enterprise Overview Guangzhou Mingxing Cable Co., Ltd. was founded in 1984, initially known as Guangzhou Mingxing Cable Factory. After five years of rapid growth, to meet the needs of market development, it was restructured into Guangzhou Mingxing Cable Co., Ltd. in 1989. In June 2003, in order to expand production scale, enhance competitiveness, and further explore domestic and international markets, Guangzhou Mingxing Cable Co., Ltd. built a modern wire and cable manufacturing base in Taiping Town, Conghua, Guangzhou, covering an area of over 160,000 square meters with an annual production capacity exceeding 2.5 billion yuan. Currently in rapid development, Guangzhou Mingxing Cable Co., Ltd. has evolved into a modern cable manufacturing enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, and services, with 381 employees, including 43 mid-to-senior technical and management personnel. It possesses 272 sets of first-class domestic wire and cable production and testing equipment, the largest modern production workshop in South China and one of the few largest in the national cable industry, and a team of highly qualified and energetic professional management personnel. It has become one of the key enterprises in China's power cable industry and is expected to become a leading enterprise in the future.
