Wuhan Huade Environmental Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Huade Environmental, English abbreviation: "huadet") is a Sino-foreign joint venture high-tech enterprise established by Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corporation, China Steel Corporation's China Ecotek Corporation (Taiwan) and University of Stuttgart (Germany).
The company has a registered capital of 100 million yuan. It holds a Class A special design qualification for environmental engineering (water pollution prevention and control engineering, air pollution prevention and control engineering), a Class B special design qualification for solid waste treatment and disposal engineering, a special qualification for environmental pollution control (contaminated site soil remediation), an industrial pressure piping design qualification, a Class 1 professional contracting qualification for environmental engineering in the construction industry, and a mechanical and electrical equipment installation qualification. It owns more than 100 invention and utility model patents and has passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 (quality, environment, occupational health and safety) management system certifications. Its business covers flue gas desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal, sewage and sludge treatment, solid waste treatment, soil remediation, environmental protection thermal power and biotechnology. Its projects span metallurgy, electric power, petroleum, chemical, municipal and other industries, and many projects have won excellent engineering awards at or above the provincial level.
