UMPay

UMPay Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "UMPay") was established in August 2003. In recent years, it has developed into an internet high-tech enterprise specializing in providing fintech innovation services for industrial upgrading. In the 2016 China Internet Top 100 Enterprises list released by the Information Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, UMPay ranked 36th. It is a council member of the National Internet Finance Association of China and a standing council member of the China Payment and Clearing Association. In July 2016, UMPay became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Haili Meida (stock code: 002537), a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. UMPay has two wholly-owned subsidiaries: UMP Business and Anpai International.
UMPay has obtained the Payment Business License from the People's Bank of China (covering nationwide internet payment, mobile phone payment, and bank card acquiring), the qualification for fund sales payment and settlement business from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the qualifications for cross-border foreign exchange payment pilot and cross-border RMB payment pilot from the Beijing Foreign Exchange Administration Department of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. UMPay has cooperated with more than 110 financial institutions and over 3,000 large enterprises, providing payment, fintech, information, business-enhancing, and cross-border services to 700,000 small and medium-sized enterprises and 450 million individual users.
