中联煤层气有限责任公司（简称“中联公司”） 是中国海洋石油集团有限公司的全资子公司。公司于1996年3月经国务院批准成立，主要从事非常规油气资源勘探、开发、输送、销售和利用，在国家计划中单列，享有煤层气对外合作专营权，具有国家气体勘察甲级资质。
中联公司矿权分布在全国10个省市，在中国首次获得了煤层气探明储量，首次实现了煤层气的商业化开发。目前，公司累计探明了3500亿立方米的天然气储量，天然气年产量约15亿立方米。
“十一五”以来，中联公司作为国家科技重大专项的发起及牵头单位之一，承担了“大型油气田及煤层气开发”科技项目，发起成立了“中国煤炭学会煤层气专业委员会”、“煤层气产业技术创新战略联盟”，并分别作为挂靠单位和理事长单位。
