Chongqing Tongcheng Engineering Consulting & Design Co., Ltd. was formerly Chongqing Chang'an Design & Research Institute. In 2005, it was established as a limited liability company integrating engineering consulting and engineering design, funded and purchased by all employees of Chang'an Design & Research Institute. The former Chang'an Design & Research Institute was a * Grade A design institute under China Equipment Group Corporation. Since obtaining Grade C engineering design qualification in 1985, it has more than 30 years of engineering design experience. After restructuring, through the joint efforts and proactive progress of all employees, the company achieved rapid development. Its original Grade A engineering design qualification and Grade A engineering consulting qualification remained unchanged, and it successively established offices in Hebei, Nanjing, and Taiyuan.
The company is located at No. 78 Jianxin East Road, Jiangbei District, Chongqing, on a main urban road with very convenient transportation. The institute has strong technical force and complete professional staffing. Its business scope includes: planning of development projects, consulting and feasibility studies for technical transformation projects; it specializes in production line construction projects within its business scope, industrial and civil building design, power station buildings, environmental protection engineering, and the development and design of non-standard equipment and mechanical products. It is especially skilled in the engineering design of the four major production lines for automobiles, stamping, welding, painting, and final assembly, with outstanding achievements.
