The Company was formerly known as Chongqing Zhongqi Special Purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a limited liability company established in accordance with the relevant provisions, and was registered and established on October 9, 1997. On July 31, 2000, approved by the Chongqing Municipal People's Government via document Yu Fu [2000] No. 149, the Company was legally converted in its entirety into a joint-stock company and renamed Chongqing Dima Industry Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 60 million. Approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission via document Zheng Jian Fa Xing Zi [2002] No. 68, the Company issued 20 million RMB-denominated ordinary shares to the public at a price of RMB 15.80 per share on July 10, 2002, and was listed for trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on July 23, 2002.
