Generali China Insurance Co., Ltd. is a nationwide property insurance company established as a joint venture between China National Petroleum Corporation and Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. Approved for establishment by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission in Beijing in April 2007, the Company is the first Sino-foreign joint venture property insurance company in China, with a registered capital of RMB 1.3 billion.
