中铝国际贸易有限公司（简称“中铝国贸”）经原国家工商行政管理局和原外经贸部批准，于2001年4月18日在北京成立，是中国铝业股份有限公司的全资子公司和营销贸易窗口，具有法人资格，拥有进出口经营权，截至2017年底，公司资产总额168亿元，年销售收入1447亿元。中铝国贸依法自营和代理各类商品贸易，负责中国铝业主要产品的对外经营、销售代理及进出口业务；主营氧化铝、电解铝、焦煤、动力煤、铜铅锌、稀贵金属、铝矿石、铜精矿、铁矿石以及工业用原辅材料的进出口贸易及相关的货运服务；开展境内外期货保值业务，致力于打造*、国际一流具有中铝特色的工业品供应链集成服务商。
