Beijing Wedomei Food Co., Ltd. was established in April 1996, and is a chain enterprise focusing on bakery, pastries, and coffee. Currently, it owns over 300 Wedomei-brand pastry stores, 3 Monet-brand coffee shops, and a central factory covering 12,000 square meters, built according to international standards and with the capacity to supply 800 chain stores.
The company has fully passed ISO9001, HACCP, and QS certifications, forming a strict and standardized quality management system covering the procurement, production, transportation, and sales of cakes, bread, and banquet pastries.
Wedomei implements a strict procurement control procedure to ensure the use of natural and healthy green raw materials. It adopts fully enclosed and purified production and processing to ensure the safety and hygiene of product manufacturing, strictly following international standards from raw material procurement and production process control to product inspection and testing, as well as in-sale hygiene.
Wedomei's management, development, and services have received unanimous praise from people from all walks of life and recognition from relevant authorities. It has been awarded the title of "Top Ten Cake Shops in China". In 2002, it won the "Quality and Credit Product" award at the China Mooncake Festival; in 2002, it was designated by CCTV* for making birthday cakes for the motherland during the National Day; in 2003 and 2004, it consecutively won the "Trustworthy Enterprise" title issued by the Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce; in 2004 (the 10th) China Mooncake Festival, it won the "Quality Mooncake" title. Wedomei is currently a director unit of the China Bakery and Confectionery Association and a vice president and director unit of the Beijing Xicheng District Food Safety Association.
