Ligao Foods Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as: Ligao Foods, stock code: 300973) is a large-scale joint-stock listed enterprise integrating the research and development, production, and sales of frozen baked foods and baking raw materials. Its products mainly include frozen baked semi-finished and finished products such as Mochi, tart shells, doughnuts, and frozen cakes, as well as baking raw materials such as cream, fruit products, sauces, fats and oils, and pork floss products. Ligao is headquartered in Zengcheng, Guangzhou, and owns 3 branches and 18 subsidiaries, with a sales revenue of approximately 3.835 billion yuan in 2024.
Ligao Foods currently has a registered capital of 169.3 million yuan. It has successively invested in the establishment of three major production bases and nine production plants in Foshan Sanshui, Guangzhou Zengcheng, and Guangzhou Nansha in South China, Zhejiang Changxing in East China, and Henan Weihui in North China. The total land area of the production bases exceeds 800 mu, with an annual production capacity of over 300,000 tons (excluding baking fats and oils and pork floss), making it one of the domestic production enterprises with relatively large production capacity.
