Established in May 2011, it was integrated from the logistics segment of Shanghai Zhengming Automobile Transportation Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1994. It is a professional supply chain solution provider with cold chain logistics and auto parts logistics as its core, and e-commerce logistics, pharmaceutical and chemical logistics, commercial trade logistics, and financial logistics developing together.
Zhengming Resources: The company has established over 20 subsidiaries and more than 40 branches, with a network covering 90% of major cities across China. It owns over 600 modern cold chain transport vehicles, over 50 special container transport vehicles, over 300 box-type and other transport vehicles, and nearly 3,000 controllable outsourced vehicles, handling a daily cargo throughput of nearly 5,500 tons. The company has approximately 350,000 square meters of warehouse operation area, with over 80 storage bases in Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Guiyang, Chongqing, etc. It plans to complete the construction of 100 storage bases within the next three years.
Zhengming Market: The company has two core business segments: cold chain logistics and auto parts logistics. Zhengming Information: The company relies on ERP to form an advanced information management system. Through modules such as SAP, OTM, WMS, GPS, EHR, OA, and CSIP (Customer Service Interaction Platform), it meets the supply chain management requirements of different customers, suppliers, and subsidiaries for warehouse storage, processing, distribution, full temperature monitoring, and full traceability of goods. In 2017, the company established a technology center to further strengthen the integration of information technology with temperature control technology and intelligent technology.
Zhengming Talent Development: In 2012, the company established 'Zhengming College', the first corporate university in the domestic third-party logistics industry.
