It has under its jurisdiction Hunan Xingwei Investment & Development Co., Ltd., Hunan Xingwei Real Estate Co., Ltd., Hunan Xingwei Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., Hunan Xingwei Charitable Foundation, Changsha Xingwei Property Management Co., Ltd., Changsha Ruishang Commercial Management Co., Ltd., Hunan Xingwei Huatian Hotel Co., Ltd., Changsha Yintong Microfinance Co., Ltd., and Changsha Datuo Mineral Products Processing Co., Ltd. The Group has a total registered capital of nearly 170 million yuan.
