Jingwei Land Co., Ltd. was established in 1996, headquartered in Shanghai. It is a specialized institution under Jingwei Group and Hong Kong Jingwei International Investment Holdings responsible for commercial and residential property development in mainland China. It serves as the Vice President unit of the China Chamber of International Commerce and the International Chamber of Commerce China National Committee, and is also the Vice President and rotating chairman unit of the Real Estate Chamber of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. The company has been awarded multiple honors, including one of the Top Ten Brand Enterprises in China's Residential Industry and China's Most Respected Real Estate Brand Enterprise.
