Guangdong Jingtong Highway Engineering Construction Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Guangdong Provincial Highway Engineering Construction Group Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the Company) was officially established on September 28, 1994, upon approval by the People's Government of Guangdong Province. It is a backbone highway construction enterprise integrating highway engineering general contracting, construction, maintenance, and material supply. At the end of 2010, it was restructured from a wholly state-owned enterprise into a limited liability company jointly held by state-owned enterprises and private enterprises. The Company has a registered capital of 200 million yuan, total assets of 1.6 billion yuan, over 500 employees, 21 subsidiaries and branches, 12 maintenance bases, and 1 research and development center. The Company possesses advanced construction machinery and testing equipment, with more than 480 sets of large-scale engineering construction machinery. In 1995, it obtained the Class A highway engineering general contracting qualification issued by the transportation authority. Currently, the Company holds the Grade I qualification for highway engineering construction general contracting, Grade I qualifications for subgrade, pavement, and bridge engineering professional contracting, Grade II qualification for municipal public works construction general contracting, special engineering (limited to structural reinforcement) professional contracting with no grade classification, Grade II professional contracting for highway traffic engineering (highway safety facilities sub-item), Grade III general contracting for port and waterway engineering and electrical engineering, Grade B for highway engineering testing and inspection, and highway maintenance qualifications (Grade A for tunnel maintenance, Grade A for bridge maintenance, Grade A for subgrade and pavement maintenance, traffic safety facilities), and construction labor qualifications. Relying on its strong technical strength and advanced mechanical equipment, the Company has efficiently and high-quality completed a large number of national and provincial key large-scale construction projects. To date, the Company has completed over 700 kilometers of high-grade highway subgrade works, over 1,300 kilometers of pavement works, over 90 highway bridges and extra-large bridges exceeding 500 meters, and over 70 engineering projects with a value exceeding 100 million yuan. The expressway mileage currently under routine maintenance exceeds 1,500 kilometers. All projects undertaken have been rated as excellent projects by quality supervision departments or owners, earning high praise in the industry for "high quality, high efficiency, and contract compliance."
