Shanghai Jointown Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., affiliated with Jointown Pharmaceutical Group, is a large modern pharmaceutical logistics enterprise approved by the Shanghai Food and Drug Administration and formally established in November 2002. The company is located in Putuo District and Qingpu District of Shanghai, with a registered capital of 250 million yuan. The company has over 700 employees, covers the entire territory of Shanghai, and achieves annual sales of 3 billion yuan. The company has successively established four subsidiaries: Shanghai Jointown Logistics Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jointown Teda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jointown Medical Devices Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Jointown Pharmaceutical Distribution Co., Ltd.
