Shanghai Hebi Electronic Components Co., Ltd. is an electrical accessory manufacturer integrating design, production, sales, and service. It is mainly engaged in the production of components such as terminal blocks, fuse holders, switches, sockets, lamp holders, air conditioner drain pumps, etc.; wire harness processing and electrical assembly; precision mold design, manufacturing, wire cutting processing, and production of thermosetting and thermoplastic products. It has obtained certifications including ISO\/TS16949, ISO 9001, ISO14000, DIN5510-2:2009, UL, VDE, TUV, CCC, CQC, and approvals from major Japanese companies.
In 2004, the company relocated to Jiading (covering an area of approximately 29,000 m²), establishing a park-like, artistic, and humanistic factory. Hebi people, based on Zen 5S, continuously carry out improvement proposals and rationalization activities. Meanwhile, several Japanese advisors were employed for education and training to improve work standards.
The company has introduced and independently developed low-cost automated production equipment, possessing an independent R&D department, mold workshop, and laboratory, to develop and manufacture products that satisfy customers, and can also provide OEM and ODM services.
