Wolfer Mold

Wolfer Mold has mold subsidiaries in both Hong Kong and Guangzhou. The Hong Kong subsidiary is named Wolfer Metal Forming (HK) Co., Ltd., which is mainly responsible for export mold business order taking and financial affairs. The Guangzhou company, named Guangzhou Wolfer Mold Co., Ltd. (Wolfer Metal Forming (GZ) Co., Ltd.), focuses on the development and manufacturing of automotive molds.
The company specializes in the development of forming molds for various automotive structural parts, especially large progressive dies and large transfer dies for automated multi-station transfer with robots (up to 4660mm x 1560mm). We adopt a design process combining 2D and 3D, and are equipped with large-scale CNC machining equipment (6 large machining centers, 6 slow wire-cut EDMs and general wire-cut machines), presses with large movable tables for die tryout and sample production (500 tons, 400 tons, and 300 tons), and large coordinate measuring machines (1500*1200*1000).
The molds developed by the company mainly include: automotive products (including interior parts, structural parts, and covering parts), household appliances (including LCD TV structural parts, air conditioner parts, kitchenware), and office automation equipment (computers, printers, copiers).
Some of the progressive dies and transfer dies are designed according to overseas customer requirements and exported to the North American market (USA, Canada, Mexico), the European market (Germany, France, Spain), and the Asian market (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India).
While actively developing the international export mold market, the company is also actively developing the domestic automotive mold market.
