Guangzhou Huadu District Second People's Hospital

Guangzhou Huadu District Second People's Hospital, founded in 1958, is the largest public hospital in the northern part of Huadu. In 2013, it was rated as a Grade II Class A general hospital. In 2015, it was recognized as a teaching hospital for general institutions of higher learning in Guangdong Province, a Baby-Friendly Hospital, and a national hospital for innovative service improvement. In 2022, it was accredited as a Geriatric-Friendly Hospital in Guangzhou. In 2023, it became the Affiliated Huadu Hospital of Guangzhou Health Science College, was designated as a 'Guangdong Provincial Stroke Prevention and Treatment Center' and included in the 'Guangzhou Stroke Emergency Map Hospital', and its Chest Pain Center passed provincial acceptance. Additionally, it received the 'Law-Abiding and Creditworthy Grade A Medical Institution' in the medical institution integrity registration evaluation. It is one of the first batch of national pilot hospitals for labor analgesia and a national PAC (Post-Abortion Care) quality service hospital.
