Chongqing Rongyida Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. was established in August 2009, with its registered address in Nanbin Industrial Park, Shizhu, Chongqing. It covers an area of 40 mu, with newly built standard factory buildings of more than 4,000 square meters, serving as the company's cylinder head blank casting base. In September 2009, it acquired the machining production workshop of Chongqing Changan Automobile Engine Cylinder Head (formerly Changan Workshop 114). The products of this workshop are F-series cylinder heads for Changan automobile engines. The workshop has a usable area of more than 3,000 square meters. This production line is the engine cylinder head production line introduced by Changan Company in 1996 from Japan's Suzuki Company at a cost of USD 2 million. By the end of 2009, this production line had cumulatively produced more than 1 million engine cylinder heads. The company's main testing equipment includes: a Φ4 TASMAN spectrometer produced by Germany's BRUKER, a UGK200 height gauge produced by Germany's Normann, a UZK-300 three-coordinate measuring instrument produced by a Sino-German joint venture in Xi'an, China, and original pneumatic measuring instruments from Japan's Suzuki, etc. Company capacity: In 2009, through technical transformation of part of the original production line, especially of bottleneck processes, the company has now formed an annual capacity of 250,000 blanks and 210,000 finished products. The company plans to start in March 2010, and has already begun developing new Changan cylinder head products CB10 and G series, designed with an annual capacity of 150,000 units. This plan involves an investment of nearly RMB 12 million. It has already ordered 19 machining centers from Taiwan's Youjia, 3 machining centers from Chengdu Pulis, 6 special-purpose machines from Taiwan's Zhongda, and some domestic equipment. It is expected that after reaching full production, the output value of the old and new lines (total) will exceed RMB 120 million. Company products: Changan engine cylinder heads F series Φ462 and Φ465; in September this year, G series Φ474 and Φ475, and C series ΦCB10 and ΦCB11 will be put into production. Main customers: Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd., Chongqing Changan Suzuki Automobile Co., Ltd. (currently in trial production), and Chongqing Yu'an Automobile Co., Ltd.
