Founded in 1999, it is a professional management consulting institution specializing in audit, asset valuation, engineering cost consulting and other services. Its member entities include: Chongqing Puhua Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd., Chongqing Puhua Real Estate and Land Asset Valuation Co., Ltd., Chongqing Yisheng Puhua Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Shangling Puhua Tax Accountants Firm Co., Ltd.
II. Introduction to Member Entities
★Chongqing Puhua Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. is an intermediary institution with independent legal personality approved by the Chongqing Municipal Finance Bureau and registered with the Chongqing Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce. It was founded in 1992 and was established by five bureaus: the former Chongqing Light Industry Bureau, Chongqing Textile Industry Bureau, Chongqing Metallurgical Industry Bureau, Chongqing Machinery Industry Bureau, and Chongqing Chemical Industry Bureau. In 1999, in accordance with the Ministry of Finance's regulations on decoupling and restructuring intermediary institutions, it was restructured into Chongqing Puhua Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd., qualified to engage in the statutory business of certified public accountants and certified asset appraisers.
★Chongqing Puhua Real Estate and Land Asset Valuation Co., Ltd. is a professional real estate and land valuation institution with independent legal personality approved by the Chongqing Municipal Land, Resources and Housing Administration and registered with the Chongqing Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce. Its predecessor was the Valuation Department of Chongqing Puhua Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd.
★Chongqing Yisheng Puhua Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. is an intermediary institution with independent legal personality approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and registered with the Chongqing Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce. Yisheng Puhua Consulting Company was established based on the Consulting Department of Chongqing Puhua Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd.
★Chongqing Shangling Puhua Tax Accountants Firm Co., Ltd. is an intermediary institution with independent legal personality approved by the Chongqing Certified Tax Agents Management Center and registered with the Chongqing Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce. Chongqing Shangling Puhua Tax Accountants Firm Co., Ltd. was established based on the Tax Consulting Department of Chongqing Puhua Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd.
III. Personnel Status and Practice Qualifications
The organization has a group of scholars, experts, professors and interdisciplinary senior professionals proficient in accounting, engineering, valuation, taxation, enterprise management, investment consulting and law. It currently has more than 80 employees, including more than 27 Chinese certified public accountants, 10 Chinese certified asset appraisers, 10 Chinese certified land valuers, 10 Chinese certified real estate appraisers, 8 Chinese certified investment consulting engineers, and 8 Chinese certified tax agents, with an average age of 35. The personnel structure combines the old, middle-aged and young, steady yet full of vigor and vitality. The practice qualifications the company has obtained so far include:
