Shenzhen Yamada Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Japanese cooperative enterprise. The Chinese party is Shenzhen Songliao Industrial Co., Ltd., and the Japanese party is Yamada Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. The factory was established in 1989 and currently has more than 1,000 employees. The factory is located at No. 143 Lixin Road, Qiaotou Community, Fuyong Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, covering an area of 50,000 square meters.
The company's main products are small household appliances, and 100% of the products are exported. It is one of the "Top 100 Enterprises" in foreign exchange earnings from exports among foreign-funded enterprises in Shenzhen.

I. Labor Remuneration
The company determines its wage level based on factors such as wage guidance documents issued by the competent department of the municipal government, wage levels in the same industry, increases in residents' living costs, and the company's economic benefits.
When the company extends employees' working hours, it strictly pays employees in accordance with the standards stipulated in the Labor Law. Among these, for extended working hours on ordinary days, wage remuneration of no less than 150% of the employee's own hourly wage standard shall be paid; for overtime work on rest days, wage remuneration of no less than 200% of the employee's own hourly wage standard shall be paid; for overtime work on statutory holidays, wage remuneration of no less than 300% of the employee's own hourly wage standard shall be paid.

The company implements a work system of 8 hours per day and 5 days per week.
