Guangzhou Wanbao Group is a large-scale modern comprehensive group company with three main businesses: research and development, production, installation and sales of refrigeration products and household appliances; capital investment and management; and commercial trade. It has established a post-doctoral scientific research workstation. The company has a registered capital of nearly 1.2 billion yuan and is a state-owned large and medium-sized enterprise group controlled by the Guangzhou Municipal Government.
Wanbao Group Compressor Company (formerly A-share listed Guangzhou Lengji Co., Ltd.) is now a state-owned enterprise controlled by Guangzhou Wanbao Group. It was built and put into production in 1987, with an annual production capacity of nearly 30 million units. It is a main supplier to large domestic refrigerator manufacturers and a global supplier to international (multinational) large refrigerator manufacturers. Its subsidiary, Italy Wanbao ACC, is a core supplier to high-end European refrigerator brands. Currently, it has major production bases in Renhe, Guangzhou; Qingdao, Shandong; and Merle, Italy.
