Shanghai Gangxing International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. (PORTEVER SHIPPING (SHANGHAI) LTD.) was established in 2007 and is a directly affiliated company of Ningbo Gangxing. In April 2007, it was approved by the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China to become a Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC), and subsequently approved as an international freight forwarding enterprise. In June and September 2010, the company successively established the Nanjing Office and Qingdao Branch, and in 2011 established the Tianjin Branch. With LCL (Less than Container Load) business as its core, the company is committed to developing international freight forwarding agency services for sea, air, and land transport, road cargo transportation agency, road handling and loading/unloading, international express delivery services, delivery services, agency for entry-exit inspection and quarantine declaration, business consulting, and NVOCC business.
