Hebei Sailhero Environmental Protection High-tech Co., Ltd. (stock code: 300137), founded in 1996, is a group company integrating environmental monitoring, big data services, and comprehensive pollution control. In November 2010, the company was listed on the ChiNext board, becoming the first listed company in the domestic environmental monitoring instrumentation industry.

Currently, the company has total assets of 2.4 billion yuan and over 2,000 employees, with 15 subsidiaries at home and abroad and five R&D centers. Its business covers seven major areas: ecological environment monitoring centered on smart environment, operation and maintenance services, socialized testing, environmental big data analysis and decision support services, dual-carbon full industry chain services, VOCs treatment, and wastewater treatment.

The company took the lead in developing an ecological environment grid-based precise monitoring and decision support system. Through full-sample effective monitoring, it accurately identifies pollution sources, providing strong decision support and effective technological means for regional environmental pollution prevention and control. To date, it has been applied in 21 provinces and 165 cities and counties across the country, including 31 of the "2+26" cities, with tens of thousands of installed monitoring points, successfully assisting more than 80% of served cities in achieving their annual air quality improvement targets.

The company owns a comprehensive water quality product line covering all parameters, all series, and all supporting equipment, as well as a "River Chief System" smart water environment management subsystem based on IoT and water quality target management, which can accurately trace pollution source emissions and provide strong support for implementing the "River Chief System". Sailhero also actively participates in the construction of beautiful villages, and its self-developed village-integrated decentralized wastewater treatment system has been applied in Hebei, Guangxi, Guizhou, Sichuan, and other places.

In addition, the company has established an ecological environment big data application center, assembled a team of over 100 expert consultants, and built a smart environment management system based on IoT and big data analytics, providing overall solutions for environmental management, proposing compliance planning, assisting the government in optimizing energy and industrial structures, and promoting sustainable development of the environment, economy, and society. Currently, the company's management consulting services cover 10 provinces and 45 cities, including 14 of the "2+26" cities.

Facing the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Sailhero has made forward-looking arrangements and innovatively launched the "Eco Brain" overall solution, with "Blue Sky Cloud, Clear Water Cloud, Clean Soil Cloud, Low-Carbon Cloud, Nature Cloud, and Health Cloud" as the core, carrying the mountain-river-forest-farmland-lake-grass ecological sensing system and the ecological environment and health management evaluation system. It especially provides full-process technical support in areas such as carbon peaking, carbon neutrality, low-carbon economy development, smart ecological transformation, and smart city development. In February 2021, Sailhero invested in establishing Huatan Zhonghe (Beijing) Ecological Technology Co., Ltd., which can provide comprehensive services for governments at all levels, carbon emission reduction enterprises, key emission-controlled enterprises, and other carbon market participants, including verified emission reduction development, carbon trading, and carbon neutrality implementation pathways.
