2022年，投资3.6亿元，在高端食品产业园新建占地38亩的标准化精深加工基地。已建成年产3000吨（约24万只）火腿控温控湿自动化发酵车间1.1万平方米，该车间引进意大利先进生产设备，研发低盐控温控湿火腿发酵技术，建立了国际先进的控温控湿生产体系，解决了过去品质差异性较大的问题，实现一年四季生产火腿。该生产线也是目前国内先进的火腿发酵生产线之一，其技术、装备都处于国际水平。日产100万枚的黑猪火腿饼生产车间1.5万平方米，年加工肉类食品600吨的萨拉米香肠等生产线，提供就业岗位600余个，可实现产值6亿元。
该生产基地的建设加快企业转型升级、提质增效、做大做强企业步伐，实现宣威火腿生产标准化、产品系列化、品质高端化发展。
