Shanghai Xin Century Curtain Wall Engineering Co., Ltd. is a dual-A enterprise integrating design, processing, installation, and services, with special qualifications for building curtain wall engineering design and professional contracting qualifications for building curtain wall and door/window engineering. The company headquarters is located in Qibao, Shanghai, with three core departments: Technology R&D Center, Production and Processing Center, and Project Management Center, employing nearly a thousand staff. To date, the company owns a Qibao headquarters building covering approximately 10 mu, a Shanghai Jinshan factory covering approximately 85 mu, and a new factory in Huzhou, Zhejiang covering approximately 150 mu, with a total area of about 245 mu and a processing area of about 100,000 square meters. Among these, the first phase of the new Huzhou factory, covering approximately 103 mu, was completed and put into operation in early 2018. The company imported 112 units of production equipment from Italy, Germany, and Switzerland, with precision and automation superior to similar domestic products, and can provide matching professional technical services according to different customer needs. Meanwhile, the second phase of the new Huzhou factory is under planning, laying a solid foundation for the company's development in the next decade. In 2011, it established an R&D team and began expanding into overseas markets, with representative overseas projects including Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Guitar Tower (Florida, USA), Pacific Park (New York, USA), Century Plaza Tower (Los Angeles, USA), Melbourne Village (Melbourne, Australia), and Boomerang Tower (Sydney, Australia).
