Wuhan Sanzheng Machinery Mould Co., Ltd. was established in 2009, with wholly-owned factories in Jiangxia, Wuhan and Jingzhou, Hubei. We specialize in the manufacture of injection molds and die-casting molds, and in the mass production of injection molded parts and aluminum alloy die-castings!
The company focuses on three main areas: mold manufacturing, injection molding, and die-casting. Our mold products cover automotive parts, home appliances, instruments, etc. Equipped with a full range of mold processing equipment including wire cutting machines, EDM machines, CNC milling machines, and engraving machines, we can provide customers with comprehensive services from product concept design and mold design, mold making, mold repair, to product OEM processing.
The Wuhan factory is located along the South Fourth Ring Road in Wuchang, Wuhan, within the Jiangxia Bridge New Area Industrial Park, near the Jiangxia District Government. The plant covers 2,000 square meters and is fully equipped with mold processing equipment. It also has 160-ton and 360-ton injection molding machines for mold testing and small-batch production of plastic products. Mainly engaged in mold making and injection molding, the factory produces over 300 molds of various types annually and more than 50 tons of injection molded parts each year.
The Jingzhou factory is located in the Jiahai Industrial Park, Jingzhou Development Zone, covering an area of 1,500 square meters. It has three fully automatic die-casting machines with capacities of 280 tons, 400 tons, and 800 tons respectively, with a monthly production capacity of 80 tons of die-cast aluminum automotive parts.
The Taizhou factory in Zhejiang covers 500 square meters and mainly focuses on mold making and providing outsourcing processing for the Wuhan factory.
