甘肃三泰公司建设的氯气、氢气、烧碱及衍生物项目主要为甘肃银光化学工业集团有限公司发展TDI产品配套，综合了合资各方的优势，生产的氯气、氢气主要供TDI生产所需，属典型的循环经济项目。项目计划总投资6.5323亿元，全部建成后将形成年产10万吨烧碱和12万吨PVC的生产能力。预计年销售收入9亿元，年实现利税1.04亿元。
