Shanghai Haihong Fuchuan Property Management Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock professional property management enterprise invested by Jiangnan Shipyard, which has a history of 150 years and is renowned as the "Zhonghua* Factory". Currently, the company holds a First-Class Qualification Certificate for property service enterprises issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, with a registered capital of RMB 5 million. The company is now a council member of the China Property Management Association, a deputy secretary-general unit of the Shanghai Property Management Industry Association, and a vice president unit of the Nantong Tongzhou District Property Management Association.
Since its establishment in 1998, the company has been adhering to and continuing the enterprise spirit of Jiangnan Shipyard, "Striving for self-improvement and pursuing excellence", focusing on the local Shanghai market and continuously expanding its business scope. During the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, the company successfully managed the properties of the "China Shipbuilding Pavilion", "Pacific Joint Pavilion", and "Peru National Pavilion", and was honorably listed among the advanced units commended by the China Property Management Association for service support and management during the Expo, marking a significant new achievement in public property management.
In 2004, the company was awarded the qualification of a "New Inspection-Free Enterprise" by the Shanghai Administration for Industry and Commerce. In 2007, it passed the ISO9000-2000 quality management system certification signed by Fangyuan Mark Certification Group, and in 2010, it passed the ISO9000-2008 conversion certification. In 2014, the company passed the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification, ISO14001:2004 environmental management system certification, and OHSAS18001:2007 occupational health and safety management system certification, all signed by Fangyuan Mark Certification Group. In 2010, it was awarded the "Worker Pioneer" honorary title by the Shanghai General Trade Union; the "Advanced Collective in Central Enterprises Participating in the 2010 Shanghai World Expo" title by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission; the "Advanced Collective of China Shipbuilding Pavilion at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo" title by China State Shipbuilding Corporation; and the "Outstanding Award for Serving the World Expo" issued by the Shanghai Housing Support and Housing Administration Bureau and the Shanghai Property Management Industry Association. In 2012, the property management project of Jiangnan Changxing Industrial Park under the company was listed as a pilot project for industrial park standardization demonstration by the Shanghai Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and it passed acceptance in September 2014. In 2015, the company was recognized as an AAA-level enterprise for integrity commitment by the Shanghai Property Management Industry Association. In 2017, it was awarded the title of "Safe Unit" by the Shanghai Social Security Comprehensive Management Committee. In 2018, it was rated as a five-star enterprise in the comprehensive capability star rating of Shanghai property service enterprises. In the list of Shanghai's top 100 property service enterprises in terms of comprehensive strength, Haihong Fuchuan Property ranked 35th in overall strength, 13th in the number of property management projects, and 8th in property management area of park-type properties. In addition, the company has also received honorary titles such as "Outstanding Member Unit" of the Shanghai Property Industry Association and "Outstanding Property Service Enterprise" of Yangpu District.
