解放碑社区卫生服务中心位于渝中区德兴里1号名义层4.5楼。本中心按照国家标准进行规范化建设，于2010年4月完成扩建投入运行。内设科室：专家门诊、全科诊室、口腔科、计划免疫室、妇幼保健室、计划生育指导室、中医馆、残疾人康复室、健康教育室、心电B超室、检验等科室。中医馆传承了中医骨科医院软伤、康复理疗、特制骨伤药的传统中医技术和文化。
