Hunan Furong Law Firm was formerly the Changsha Legal Advisory Office directly under the Changsha Municipal Justice Bureau. In 1991, the Legal Advisory Office was restructured into a law firm and renamed "Changsha * Law Firm". In 1996, in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the Lawyers Law, it was renamed to its current name "Hunan Furong Law Firm", making it one of the earliest state-run comprehensive legal service institutions established in the province. In 2009, it was restructured into a partnership law firm. In 2015, it relocated again to Wanda International 5A professional office building, expanding its office area to 2,000 square meters, and began formally preparing to establish the FLO Law Firm Practice Alliance with Furong Law Firm as its core, launching a new operational model featuring corporatization, team-based operation, and specialization.
