Beijing D. Phone Cashmere Commerce Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "D. Phone") is a listed enterprise controlled by Huafa Group. Huafa Group was established in 1980, the same age as the Zhuhai Special Economic Zone. It is the largest comprehensive state-owned enterprise group in Zhuhai and a nationally renowned leading enterprise. It currently controls 12 listed companies and 2 NEEQ-listed enterprises, and has created 7 "AAA" credit entities. Since 2016, it has been listed among China's Top 500 Enterprises for 10 consecutive years, ranking 179th in 2025. In 2020, it was selected as a "Double Hundred Enterprise" in the State Council's SOE reform and was rated as a national benchmark. Seizing the national strategic opportunity of Hengqin development, Huafa Group has vigorously implemented the strategy of "transformation and upgrading, leapfrog development", evolving from a single regional real estate enterprise into a comprehensive enterprise group with three major clusters—technology, city, and finance—advancing in parallel.
