广东红海湾发电有限公司位于汕尾市红海湾经济开发区，是广东省能源集团下属的大型火力发电企业。公司现装机容量2608.53MW，是粤东、粤中500kV联络线的重要电源支撑点和全省骨干电源之一。一期建设有1、2号（2×600MW）与3、4号（2×660MW）机组，分别于2008年和2011年投运；2021年建成10.8MW分散式风电项目，2022年投产17.73MW厂内光伏一期，成为广东省*电厂侧“风光火储”综合能源示范基地。2024年，1、2号机组完成通流改造，各增容30MW。二期规划建设2×1000MW机组，已于2024年9月底正式开工。全部建成后，公司总装机容量将达4608.53MW，跻身全国前列。
