In July 2010, Shanghai Jiaao Trading Co., Ltd. was established, bringing together a group of young talents, entering the sleep system industry, and pioneering the concept of "healthy sleep system". In the same year, it officially entered the e-commerce field.

In March 2011, with the growth of the company's business and increasing inventory demands, Jiaao conducted its first warehouse relocation.

In March 2012, as business continued to expand, Jiaao relocated its warehouse for the second time. The current storage area reached 5,000 square meters, and the office area reached 1,100 square meters, providing sufficient warehousing and logistics support for the rapid development in 2012 and 2013.

In October 2012, Jiaao already had more than 300 distributors, with sales reaching a record high.

In September 2013, Jiaao's product sales exceeded 1 million units, successfully securing a place in the highly competitive market and becoming a trusted brand for memory pillow consumers.

In 2014, Jiaao became the "most popular healthy sleep products brand for online shopping", stood out among tens of thousands of contestants in the Tmall Original Design Competition, entered the top 50, and was rated as a "high-quality brand supplier on Taobao".

In 2015, Jiaao became one of the top three best-selling pillow brands on Taobao.

In 2016, Jiaao became a top-selling pillow brand on Taobao.

In 2017, Jiaao Trade had covered more than ten well-known e-commerce platforms including Tmall, JD.com, and Vipshop. Under its umbrella, it owned multiple brands such as Jiaao and PPW, and steadily ranked first in the domestic market in several product lines including memory pillows, latex pillows, cushions, and backrests.

In 2018, it entered overseas markets, and its products were also best-sellers on platforms such as Amazon. Currently, Jiaao has more than 3,000 distributors across the country, with distributors spread across many countries and regions in Asia, North America, and beyond.
