The company is jointly operated by China Eastern Air Holding Company and Hong Kong-Shanghai Aviation Co., Ltd. Founded in 1982, it is the earliest airline catering company in Shanghai, currently with two production bases in Shanghai, located at Hongqiao Airport and Pudong Airport respectively. The company mainly provides in-flight meals, beverages, and services to Chinese civil aviation and various foreign airlines, currently serving more than 50 domestic and international airlines in the Shanghai area. To achieve impeccable service, the company has introduced complete sets of internationally advanced catering equipment and production processes. In recent years, leveraging advanced experience from foreign airline catering and ground dining industries, the company continuously pursues product innovation and has developed over 100 new products with its own characteristics, which are well received by the market.
