Shenzhen Huajiali Aluminum Co., Ltd. was established in 1986 as a joint venture among three companies: China Nonferrous Metal Industry's Foreign Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd. (stock code 000060), Alcan Aluminium Limited of Canada, and Nippon Light Metal Co., Ltd. of Japan. In 2009, Shenzhen Huajiali Xilin Industrial Co., Ltd. was established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Huajiali Aluminum Co., Ltd., with an investment of 6.5 billion yuan and a floor area of approximately 80,000 square meters. It is a comprehensive enterprise specializing in the integrated production of new aluminum alloy materials and deep-processed products, including lightweight automotive components, consumer electronics and home appliance components, solar panel frames, rail transit, aviation, and marine components, and door and window systems. The company possesses a complete set of modern production lines covering aluminum ingot melting and casting, profile extrusion, surface treatment, and deep processing of aluminum products.
