Huizhou Zhijing Precision Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000, with its headquarters located in Qingcaowo, Zhenlong Town, Huiyang District, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. It currently has about 3,500 employees and is a national high-tech enterprise. Since its establishment, the company has been committed to the processing and manufacturing of components for consumer electronics, communications, and 3C electronic products. Its processes cover injection molding, metal stamping, CNC, spraying, anodizing, liquid silicone, and other technologies, providing customers with an integrated production experience and complete solutions for the manufacturing of precision components. Company development history:
In 2009, the Injection Molding Division was established, producing electronic components for well-known brands such as SONY and Samsung.
In 2010, the Pingnan Hardware Division was established, manufacturing precision metal components for well-known domestic and foreign mobile phone brands, and received unanimous recognition from customers.
In 2013, the Spraying Division was established, equipped with a Class 10,000 dust-free automatic spraying line and plastic electroplating furnace, supporting surface treatment processes.
In 2014, the Huiyang Hardware Division was established, with CNC machines increased to 600 units, and stamping and forging processes added.
In 2015, an anodizing line was established, including two semi-automatic and one fully automatic anodizing lines, perfecting the production process chain for hardware products.
In 2016, the Zhenlong Hardware Division was established, building a new industrial park. After absorbing the Pingnan Division, there are now two hardware industrial parks, with the total number of CNC machines reaching 1,200 units.
In 2017, the 3C Waterproof Division was established to actively respond to market consumption trends.
In 2017, the mold center was upgraded to the Mold Division.
In 2018, new spraying lines and coating lines were established. In the Zhenlong factory area, a new 6-coat 6-bake automatic spraying line was put into use, enabling post-processing of hardware, plastic, glass, and other materials. At the same time, AF coating and stainless steel PVD process lines were planned, preparing for the upcoming 5G era.
In 2018, a Shenzhen office was established to better serve and connect with well-known domestic and international brand customers.
In 2018, IBM was introduced to assist quality improvement. To better innovate and transform, the company introduced the world-renowned consulting firm IBM for quality enhancement.
In 2019, we refined and deepened our work. Entering the 5G era, we vigorously developed the processing of new-type back covers, enhancing production capabilities for precision mobile phone components. In addition, we deeply developed products related to e-cigarettes, automobiles, smart wearables, and smart homes.
