Shenzhen Chenghan Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chenghan Group") was established in 1999 and is a comprehensive group enterprise native to Shenzhen. Over more than twenty years of development, Chenghan Group has consistently adhered to the corporate spirit of "rigorousness, pragmatism, and innovation," never forgetting the original aspiration of "being refined, detailed, and solid." Its business focuses on many fields including real estate, education, property management, agriculture, youth entrepreneurship, and public welfare.
Chenghan Real Estate — adhering to the corporate mission of "letting more people enjoy a quality life," it has participated in Shenzhen's urban construction and the creation of a better life for residents. With craftsmanship, it has built more than ten commercial and residential projects including Mancheng, Taoyuan, Laizuoshan, Banshanhai, Taobaili, and Jingting Building, with a total construction area exceeding 2 million square meters, gradually forming a high-quality product system with Chenghan characteristics. In recent years, the Group has actively focused on Shenzhen urban renewal business, fully promoting multiple under-construction and planned urban renewal units including the Shuiwei project in Futian District, Shenzhen and the Longtian Road intersection project in Pingshan District, conducting diversified upgrading and systematic transformation of key areas. Chenghan Group is rooted in Shenzhen, with business radiating across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and has over 160 hectares of reserved development land in eastern Shenzhen and adjacent areas.
Chenghan Education — with the educational purpose of "cultivating outstanding citizens with sound personalities," it strives to optimize education and teaching through the localization experiment and integration of high-quality international education. From kindergarten to high school, from domestic to international, from campus education to off-campus educational expansion and practice, Chenghan Education has built a diversified education matrix represented by Shenzhen Experimental Chenghan School, Shenzhen Chenghan International Curriculum Experimental Campus, Junqiao International Kindergarten, and Chenghan Education Training Center, and has successively won many honors including National Comprehensive Practical Activity Characteristic School, National Ecological Civilization Education Characteristic School, and Guangdong Province Excellent Demonstration School. The international campus of Chenghan School won the Luban Prize, a Chinese architectural award. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Chenghan Education will incorporate vocational education and higher education into its development plan, actively preparing to build an industry-education city.
Chenghan Property — consistently adhering to the principle of self-managed property, after years of resource integration and service innovation, the total area of managed properties exceeds 2.6 million square meters. The types of serviced properties include urban complexes, office buildings, residences, apartments, schools, etc. Chenghan Property strictly follows the purpose of "owners first, family-like service," integrating advanced service concepts and experience technologies to provide every Chenghan owner with "Chenghan family-style" service.
Chenghan Agriculture — dedicating efforts to building the Songrui Agricultural Park in Huizhou and the Chenghan•Oli Farm demonstration brand projects, focusing on green agriculture development, organic food research and development, farm-style ecological education, and rural revitalization. The projects cover a total area of over 1,500 mu and have built a modern high-tech pastoral agricultural complex in Huizhou that is unique in integrating modern agricultural production, leisure sightseeing, agricultural product picking, ecological education, and agricultural science popularization.
Chenghan Youth Entrepreneurship — the Group joined hands with the China Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Foundation of the Communist Youth League Central Committee to build the China Youth Entrepreneurship Community•Chenghan Station, actively exploring the construction and operation of entrepreneurship parks, using precise services to support the upgrading of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, and striving to build a socialized collaboration platform and incubator for comprehensive entrepreneurial services. Qingchuang Keshe (boutique hotel) and Qingchuang Chengyu (innovative youth apartments) are new business attempts integrating Chenghan's core values.
Chenghan Public Welfare — the Group consistently adheres to the business philosophy of "integrity, responsibility, and gratitude," actively fulfills social responsibilities, and devotes itself to various social public welfare and charitable causes. In areas such as targeted poverty alleviation, supporting education, assistance in building social public infrastructure, and youth growth, it has cumulatively donated more than 300 million yuan without compensation, and has received honorary titles including Honorary President Enterprise of the Guangdong Charity Federation, Gold Cup of the "Guangdong Poverty Alleviation and Relief Kapok Cup," Pengcheng Charity Award Charitable Donation Enterprise, and Shenzhen Real Estate Social Responsibility Benchmark Enterprise. In 2019, it donated funds to initiate the establishment of the Shenzhen Chenghan Public Welfare and Charity Foundation, aiming to integrate social resources, explore effective coordinated development of corporate social responsibility and public welfare and charity causes, and strive to become an advocate and promoter of modern public welfare and charity causes.
While striving in various fields, Chenghan Group has always attached great importance to the construction of the enterprise's Party organization. In August 2005, the Group's Party branch was established, and in 2014 the Group's Party general branch was established. Under the care and leadership of Party organizations at all levels, the Party organization construction has been continuously improved, the Party member team has continued to grow, and it has won the title of "Excellent Grassroots Party Organization." In 2019, the Group voluntarily built a Chenghan Group Party-Masses Service Center of over 500 square meters. The enterprise's organizational activities have become increasingly orderly, and institutional construction has become more complete, realizing the organic integration and mutual promotion of Party building work and enterprise development. In addition, the Group self-raised funds and self-built the Chenghan Art Museum with an area of nearly 1,500 square meters. The museum features a special exhibition themed "Red Sentiments," opening up a new front for carrying out patriotism education and red culture education. While strengthening cultural confidence, it further consolidates the foundation of Party building work and improves the level of Party building work.
