Beijing Gubei Water Town Tourism Co., Ltd. was established in July 2010, jointly invested by IDG Strategic Capital, China CYTS Tours Holding Co., Ltd., Wuzhen Tourism Co., Ltd., and Beijing Energy Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. The company operates the Beijing · Miyun Gubei Water Town (Simatai Great Wall) International Tourism Resort, covering a total area of 9 square kilometers, with a total investment of over RMB 6 billion. It is a comprehensive and distinctive international tourism resort that integrates sightseeing, leisure and vacation, business exhibitions, creative culture, and other tourism formats, featuring first-class services and facilities, and high levels of participation and experience.

The Gubei Water Town (Simatai Great Wall) International Tourism Resort boasts 430,000 square meters of exquisite mountain courtyard buildings in Ming, Qing, and Republic of China styles, including 4 boutique hotels, 5 themed hotels, 26 guesthouses with different characteristics, restaurants, and shops. The scenic area has 1,450 rooms, over 10 cultural exhibition and experience zones, and complete supporting facilities. To date, the company has more than 3,000 employees.

Compensation system: Position-based salary, dual promotion channels for technical advancement and position advancement, supplemented by internal competition.

Social insurance and housing fund: Upon joining, employees are enrolled in pension insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work-related injury insurance, and maternity insurance; after successful probation, employees can apply for the housing fund.

Seniority allowance: Employees who have worked for one full year are eligible for a seniority allowance of RMB 100 per month for each additional year, with a maximum allowance of RMB 500 per month.

Leave system: Flexible scheduling and a comprehensive working hour system adjusted for peak and off-peak seasons; employees have 8 days of rest per month; leave is reasonably allocated based on peak and off-peak seasons; during off-peak seasons or when personal special affairs arise, employees can flexibly use reserve leave; daily working hours total 8 hours; shift work and flexible compensatory leave policies are implemented.
