Chongqing High-tech Zone Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned enterprise approved by the Chongqing Municipal People's Government, with 3 billion yuan contributed by the Chongqing Municipal People's Government, and entrusted to the Chongqing High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee for supervision and management. In order to extensively attract outstanding talents, build an efficient and capable entrepreneurial team, and accelerate the development and construction of Chongqing High-tech Zone, the company has decided through research to openly recruit a group of staff members from the public in accordance with the principles of openness, equality, competition, and merit selection.
I. Recruitment Positions
A total of 28 positions are openly recruited from the public:
(1) 1 Deputy General Manager. In charge of engineering construction.
(2) 4 Department Managers. They are: Administrative Department Manager, Engineering Department Manager, Asset Department Manager, and Development Department Manager.
(3) 23 Company Staff Members. They are: publicity and secretarial work, network management, statistics management, industrial development management, project management, approval and supervision, investment promotion services, foreign economic relations, foreign trade and foreign investment management, science and technology management, construction review management, securities management, engineering budget and final accounts management, road and bridge engineering management, housing construction management, and installation management, etc.
II. Recruitment Conditions
According to company requirements, applicants shall meet the following conditions:
(1) Basic Conditions

(2) Qualification Conditions
For exceptionally outstanding candidates, the conditions may be appropriately relaxed upon research by Chongqing High-tech Zone Development Investment Group Co., Ltd.
(3) Those in the following circumstances shall not apply:
1. Those currently under investigation by judicial organs or under review by discipline inspection and supervision organs;
2. Those who have received Party discipline or administrative sanctions or criminal punishment by judicial organs;
3. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
III. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Registration
Applicants shall voluntarily register in accordance with the announcement. Each person may apply for only 1 position.
(2) Qualification Review
The company shall review applicants against the registration qualification conditions and the qualification requirements of the selected positions, put forward review opinions, and determine the list of candidates to participate in testing. If fraud is discovered during qualification review or subsequent stages, qualification shall be cancelled.
(3) Testing
The testing method and related matters will be announced on the notice board of Chongqing High-tech Zone Development Investment Group Co., Ltd.
(4) Political Review and Investigation
Political review and investigation shall be conducted on a 1:1 ratio for recruitment positions, mainly by reviewing archival materials, on-site investigations, and other methods to understand the candidates' work situation, political performance, and their conduct, ability, diligence, achievements, and integrity. The company may also conduct psychological testing as needed.
(5) Medical Examination
Medical examinations shall be conducted for those who pass the political review and investigation and who are suitable for the corresponding position through psychological testing.

(6) Collective Research Decision
Among those who pass the medical examination, the company shall collectively discuss and decide on the probationary personnel for the corresponding positions, and publicize them on the notice board of Chongqing High-tech Zone Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. for 5 working days.
If a position vacancy occurs during the above procedures, the company shall decide through research whether to fill it.
(7) Probation and Formalities
Hired personnel shall have a probation period of 6 months. Upon expiration of the probation period, those who pass the assessment shall have relevant formalities completed according to relevant provisions and enjoy corresponding benefits; those who fail shall be dismissed.

V. Work Supervision
